SHIPPING & RETURNS
LOCAL DELIVERY
Shipping rates for local delivery vary by zip code and range from $15-$55. Our products are fragile, perishable, and delicate, and therefore require careful handling during delivery. To ensure the safe and timely arrival of each arrangement, we employ a personal delivery driver who delivers every order with care. Deliveries leave our shop at 11am and are guaranteed to be delivered by 5pm.
We offer local delivery of flowers and gifts Monday through Saturday. Orders must be received by 9PM to be eligible for next-day delivery. Please note that we are closed on Sunday.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a contactless delivery method to protect the health and safety of our employees and recipients. Upon arrival, the driver will place the arrangement on the porch and wait from a safe distance. If no one is present to receive the delivery, we will send a text message with a photo of the location of the arrangement to inform the recipient that their flowers have been delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items in our shop are final sale. In the event that your flower arrangement dies within one day of delivery, please email kelsey@matriarchla.com. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion. Please note that the shelf life of our products is generally 3-5 days, and may vary depending on the type of blooms included.
Care Packages are also final sale, with the exception of any delicate items that may be replaced if damaged upon arrival.
CARE PACKAGE SHIPPING METHOD
We offer shipping to the US and Canada for all Care Packages via USPS. Please allow one day for processing of all Care Package orders.
